In an effort to help stop excessive landfill I use recycled packaging (ie boxes, cardboard, naughty old bubble wrap) whenever possible, I use paper tape for the parcel exterior, and acid free tissue paper to wrap the products. Whilst I hope you will be happy with your purchase, if for any reason you change your mind, you may send the item/s back to me, in original condition, please note, customer pays for return postage, unless the item/s is/are faulty. I am happy to refund the cost of the item/s plus original postage, back to the account with which you paid. If the item/s is/are faulty, please return and I shall of course offer you a the choice of a full refund or replacement. In this instance I pay for the return postage as well as original postage. I would be most grateful if you could alert me to any issues asap and the return period runs for 14 days from delivery of item/s.
