Seashell Love Token

These are inspired by the sentimental keepsakes from the 19th century, created by sailors to give loved ones, symbolising enduring affection and longing during long voyages. I love the nostalgic feel of these tokens. I have used images from tiny Victorian decoupage pieces that I have collected over the years, some with messages on! The reverse has a little 'love you' message on it, and attached to the Love Token is a fine gauze ribbon for hanging. Each piece is glazed for a beautiful vintage feel, almost making them feel like fragments of china. Size approximately (not including ribbon) 3.5cm x 4cm. Each Love Token comes in a little manilla gift box, making it ideal for a gift.
