Impudent Female and Parrot Original Painting

An original mixed media portrait on a thick Khadi cotton rag paper, with a lovely deckled edge. This young woman looks on with an air of self importance watched by her pet parrot.
The substrate is highly absorbent which causes the paint to take on a very pleasing matt quality, which in turn makes the portrait seem almost antique. Size approx. 21cm x 15cm.
